Refund and Return Policy

At talktag, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, here’s what you need to know about our refund and return policy:

Digital Products

Since talktags involve digital content (QR codes and audio functionality), refunds are only available under specific conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective QR Code Stickers:

    • If your QR code stickers arrive damaged or are unusable, we will replace them free of charge or issue a full refund.
    • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof of the issue (e.g., photos or videos).
  2. Setup or Playback Issues:

    • If you encounter technical difficulties setting up or using talktag, reach out to our support team. If the issue cannot be resolved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Physical Products (if applicable)

  • Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Change of mind after use.
    • Expired talktags (past the 30-day recording period).
    • QR codes that have already been used to collect recordings.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  1. Contact us at hello@talktag.co within the eligible time frame.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue. Attach photos/videos if applicable.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • If your product is being replaced, we’ll provide tracking details once the new item is shipped.
