- Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over £30.

6. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
- If a package is marked as undeliverable and returned to us, we will notify you and provide options for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Address Changes
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
- For address changes after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@talktag.co. Changes may not be possible once the order is processed.
